Clients want urgency. This is the number 1 thing that clients wish their agencies were doing a better job of -- treating their business with urgency.

It doesn't matter if the client is spending millions or tens of millions of dollars per year, or even just a couple thousand dollars each month. These are big sums of money for the client, and they need their agency to recognize that these are important spends for them. Clients need their agencies to treat their paid media investment as a critical endeavor.
