After you sign up you’ll receive an email linking to two different pages.

First, you’ll be asked to fill out a 10 minute questionnaire so we understand the basics about your busines.

Second, you’ll be asked to book a 1 hour conversation with us so we can find out more about your business.

We want to understand what you’ve done with your business and where you are going.

The conversation typically covers four broad areas:

  1. Historical marketing work to understand how you have generated sales in the past. 
  2. What you are doing right now for your marketing efforts, and how those efforts are evolving.
  3. The consumer journey from first impression to sales. This covers your customer value and sales process.
  4. We want to hear from you the problems you believe you solve for customers. Businesses often understand what solve, but not the language they need to understand how to sell into those problems effectively.

2 weeks

In that period we are testing 60 elements based on in-depth customer research.

After the two week period you’ll receive a final presentation of the findings so you can make your marketing more effective.

Once we understand your business we’ll conduct research on the language people use when they talk about businesses similar to yours. We research on Reddit, Twitter/X, AI, Amazon, and niche forums to discover the problems people face that your business has the solution for.

After we discover the problems your customers are interested in solving, we write solution statements.

Finally, we create images for testing, or we can use your approved imagery.
