Accessibility Statement
Last updated: June 2026
Brill Media is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance target
We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
What we do
- Build pages with semantic HTML, descriptive alt text, and labeled form fields.
- Support keyboard navigation and provide a consistent page language for screen readers.
- Maintain readable text sizes and respect the visitor's reduced-motion preference.
- Review the site with automated accessibility tools and manual checks.
Known limitations
Despite our ongoing efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Areas we are continuing to improve include certain color-contrast combinations, some third-party content (such as embedded forms, the cookie-consent banner, and video), and older archived pages. We welcome reports that help us prioritize fixes.
