Wellness Product
Creative Testing & Ecommerce Growth Strategy
Overview
Use structured creative testing to identify what resonates across audience segments.
A honey wellness brand needed to improve how its product creative resonated with different customer demographics. With multiple products, audience segments, and creative variations, the brand needed a clearer way to evaluate performance, capture attention, and refine its web and social content strategy.
Brill Media implemented a structured A/B creative testing framework on Meta to compare product creative variations across age and gender segments. The testing program evaluated three products, two creative versions, male and female audiences, and multiple age ranges to identify statistically meaningful creative winners.
The campaign produced 16 successful A/B tests, generating insights that informed future creative, landing page, media type, and product testing.

Challenges
Creative uncertainty was limiting ecommerce engagement and optimization clarity
Diverse Audience Segments: The brand needed to understand how different creative versions resonated across multiple demographics, including male and female audiences and different age groups.
Creative Performance Clarity: The team needed a more reliable way to assess creative performance, determine which variations captured attention, and identify what drove stronger product engagement.
Content Optimization Complexity: Managing web and social content optimization created uncertainty around which creative, messaging, and media elements should be improved or scaled.
Lack Of Structured Testing Framework: Without a clear A/B testing process, it was difficult to refine the strategy confidently or determine winners based on statistical significance.
Solutions
Building a structured creative testing framework for ecommerce performance
Comprehensive Meta Testing: Brill Media launched a creative testing program on Meta to evaluate how different ad variations performed across defined audience segments.
A/B Creative Comparison: Creative A and Creative B were tested against each other while monitoring key performance metrics to compare engagement and identify stronger-performing variations.
Audience Segment Testing: Brill Media developed two distinct creative versions for each product, one aligned with audience preferences and one aligned more closely with the product, then tested performance across gender and age groups.
Statistical Winner Selection: KPIs and success criteria were established upfront, and statistical tools were used to determine conclusive winners based on performance data and statistical significance.
Testing Structure: Three products were tested with two creative versions each across male and female audiences and age ranges, including 25–34, 35–54, and 55+.
