If you're getting sales, and the only things you're doing are posting on Instagram, running a little bit of advertising on Instagram, and doing some SEO, and you have a nice Shopify site, the question is, What's the strategy there? And the answer is, If you can determine when you have a post coming into your Instagram, and then you run ads to that post and then you get sales, even if they're not directly attributable, and if it's repeatable, that's a good strategy.
Look at the trends that are growing your business, identify the parts of it that are working, exclude the stuff that isn't working, and do it repeatedly so you can scale your business.
